Prototype Devlog #3


Here are this week’s changes a bit earlier this time as I will participate in the Godot Wild Jam with a friend (and hopefully have something interesting to show!) during the coming week and thus won’t really be able to continue working on this prototype until after that is done.

I focused on getting something for the in-between two raids and there is now a basic roster management screen. I have also added some loot (with a basic power scaling that can be applied to bosses and raiders) to get some progression and a reason to pick a raider over another.

This week’s changes

  • Added executables version of the game (untested for Mac & Windows)
  • The first raid is done in a small group against weakened bosses
  • Raiders and bosses scales with gear level
  • Bosses gives loot
  • Added a roster management screen (active roster, bench and candidates)
  • Can choose the next raid via the roster management screen (only one raid though)

Planned changes

  • Raiders traits (faster actions, more powerful, etc.)
  • Various improvements to the visuals
